Sourced from our 14-acre vineyard in the heart of Oakville, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon opens with ripe black cherry and currant aromas, complemented by hints of milk chocolate and caramel cream on the palate. Aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak, the wine offers supple richness, firm tannins, and refined complexity. Despite a challenging spring and fluctuating weather, the resulting low-yield vintage delivers an exceptional wine best enjoyed with hearty stews, grilled meats, or aged cheeses.
