This 100% estate-grown Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon opens with layered aromas of deep berry, black fruit, anise, and sage. On the palate, it delivers dense, ripe flavors with a structured mouthfeel and a lingering finish, showcasing the signature balance and power of Napa Valley red wine.
Winemaking Process:
- Gentle crushing and destemming to preserve fruit purity
- Fermented to dryness in stainless steel tanks
- 100% malolactic fermentation in-barrel for enhanced mouthfeel\
- Aged 24 months in French oak barrels (40% new)
- Bottle-aged 12 months prior to release
