2012 Cabernet Sauvignon

$135.00

Crafted from 100% estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2012 Teaderman Oakville Cabernet showcases the power and elegance of Napa Valley’s renowned Oakville AVA. Grown during one of the region’s most ideal vintages, this wine reflects the balance and complexity that only a perfect growing season can deliver.

The bouquet is rich with deep berry, black fruit, anise, and hints of sage, while the palate reveals a concentrated core of fruit framed by broad tannins and polished structure. The 2012 vintage benefitted from mild, steady weather and warm harvest conditions, resulting in larger yields of exceptional quality.

In the cellar, grapes were gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel, then underwent 100% malolactic fermentation in-barrel for a round, silky mouthfeel. The wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels (40% new) and bottle-aged an additional year, enhancing its depth and age-worthiness.
